I wasn’t crazy about this pick by the Giants. They should have picked up a quality linebacker, there were some good ones available, overall better football players than Wilson.

David Wilson can run over people or run past them and he is a much better athlete than Brandon Jacobs ever was. He should be a solid player even as a rookie backing up Bradshaw.

I was very happy to see the Gmen get a quality running back like Wilson, Reese is a smart man and if he pulled the trigger on this pick it’s cause he sees something special.

I have seen David Wilson play live at Virginia Tech, he is no joke. He can run his butt off, he is super strong and agile. Not a Giants fan but will be rooting for them cause Wilson is one of my favorite players all time from Tech.

Ahmad Bradshaw backed up by David Wilson is a lethal combination. Giants gained at RB cause he is better than Jacobs at the present time. He will get you that 1 yard unlike Jacobs.

I did not see this pick coming, thought we would be taking a LB or someone to replace Osi after he is traded. We did need another good RB and like you said he was highly regarded by Reese so there is something there. I don’t know much about him, hoping it turns into another JPP.

Virginia Tech in the HOUSE!!! David Wilson will be better than Trent Richardson, mark my words! Trent just has a better line and system at Alabama, David did his work with a sub par line and team around him. Bradshaw always gets hurt so he will have his chance to prove what he has for the Giants.
