Fun naughty by nature parody, “You Down with JPP” a take from “You Down with OPP” by a bunch of NY Giants fans paying homage to Jason Pierre-Paul.
JPP has by far and away been the most consistent player on defense for the GMEN. The NFL really missed the mark by not including Jason Pierre-Paul in the Pro Bowl voting, he currently has 15.5 sacks.
This kid is going to be the most dominant defensive player in the NFL within the next 2 years, it’s only his second season and he already is one of the top DE’s in football. Enjoy the video. Continue reading
Ahmad Bradshaw Runs Over Jets Brodney Pool Video
Video: New York Giants RB Ahmad Bradshaw runs over Jets safety Brodney Pool (#22) and scores a touchdown week 16 of the 2011 season.
Pool didn’t even know what hit him, he was practically knocked out and had to be helped off the field. The KO came with just seconds left in the 3rd quarter and the TD provided the Giants a 17-7 lead.

Victor Cruz 99 Yard TD vs Jets Video
Video of New York Giants WR Victor Cruz 99 yard TD reception versus the Jets week 16. This catch ties the all time NFL record.
Cruz also surpassed Amani Toomer as the single season leader for receiving yards. This was a nifty run after the catch by the agile wide receiver who is known for breaking ankles with his sharp cut backs. He displayed his speed and explosiveness and burned the Jets defense.

Brandon Jacobs Needs a New TD Dance – Video
Seriously, Brandon Jacobs needs a new TD dance! The big New York Giants RB looked more like a Chippendale’s dancer than a bruising running back.
I’m very happy to see Brandon running with authority and purpose once again. He has progressed very nicely the last few weeks and had a break out game week 14 against the Dallas Cowboys. Jacobs rushed for 101 yards on 19 carries and scored 2 touchdowns.

Mario Manningham’s Dropped TD Blessing In Disguise for NY Giants
It may turn out to be the best drop a player ever had. Mario Manningham dropped a TD in the final drive against the Dallas Cowboys in week 14 which would have given the Giants the lead. That dropped pass may have turned out to be a blessing is disguise for the Giants.
Manningham who is a talented wide receiver, has the ability to break a short pass for a huge gain at any time but unfortunately he is also known for having butterfingers. In a game where both teams played Swiss cheese defense this play turned out to be huge.
The drop by the Giants WR occurred with 1:27 left on the clock. If he would have caught that pass Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys would have had that time left to start their final drive. Jason Pierre-Paul (JPP) Blocks Dan Bailey Field Goal Attempt
Video: New York Giants Jason Pierre-Paul A.K.A. JPP blocks Cowboys kicker Dan Bailey’s game tying field goal attempt week 14 to preserve the win for Big Blue.
It must have been a Deja Vu moment for the Dallas kicker and coach finding themselves once again in a field goal attempt situation late in a game to decide the outcome. Last week against the Arizona Cardinals Jason Garrett Iced His Own Kicker and received a ton of criticism by fans and the media.
Week 14 New York Giants coach Tom Coughlin was the one doing the icing. Reminiscent of the scenario which played out week 13, Dan Bailey makes his first attempt only to have the play blown dead as Coughlin called a timeout right before the ball was snapped.
The Cowboys kicker attempts the game tying 47 yard field goal again but this time Jason Pierre-Paul (JPP) leaps and blocks the kick preserving the 37-34 victory for the New York Giants. Here is the video. Continue reading
Ref Jeff Triplette Bad Call on London Fletchers Hit of Tom Brady
Referee Jeff Triplette and crew with another bad call this time on London Fletcher’s hit of Tom Brady week 14.
It was a perfectly legal hit by the Washington Redskins LB on the New England Patriots QB but it seems players like Tom Brady are untouchable.
Coincidentally Jeff Triplette and crew also officiated last weeks game between the NY Giants and Green Bay Packers. There was Evidence Refs Helped the Green Bay Packers Beat the New York Giants week 13 as illustrated in my article with photos and video. Triplette didn’t throw the flag in this occasion but he made the call. Jeff and his crew may be the worst officiating crew in the NFL.
